These numbers describe the WHOLE issue: the first two as it was launched, the third the current state of the prize pool. They are not numbers for the single ticket you buy.
What this data does not tell you
The operator does not say how many tickets were sold or how many are left in the outlets. The difference between the number of prizes at the start and the number remaining is the number of prizes no longer in the pool — not the number of tickets sold.
That is why neither the current odds of winning nor the current expected value can be calculated. We do not give them, because we would have to guess.
